Refund Policy 

We ensure continuous and seamless connectivity for your IoT-enabled WaterPay vending machines through SIM recharge services. However, due to the nature of digital recharges, our refund policy for IoT SIM recharges is as follows:


1. Non-Refundable Transactions

Please note that IoT SIM recharges are non-refundable once the recharge has been successfully processed. This is because:

  • The recharge is applied directly to the SIM provider's network and is non-reversible.

  • The recharge amount is instantly consumed to keep your vending machine active and online.


2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Apply

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare scenarios:

  • The recharge was not processed successfully, and the amount was deducted.

  • Duplicate recharge was done within a short interval for the same SIM.

  • The incorrect SIM number was charged due to a technical glitch in our system.

In such cases:

  • You must notify our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.

  • Share the payment reference number, SIM number, and transaction screenshot for verification.


3. Refund Process

  2. Our team will verify the issue with the telecom operator or the backend system.

  3. If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.


4. Important Notes

  • Rowaale is only a facilitator of the SIM recharge and not the telecom provider.

  • Any network downtime or performance issue post-recharge should be addressed to the SIM service provider.

  • We recommend verifying the correct SIM number before making a payment.
